St. Christopher School participated for the first time in the 3rd Annual Diocesan XSTREAM Games and Expo held on Sunday, Dec. 4 at St. Joe's Collegiate Institute High School.  This event showcases the STREAM Academies from the elementary schools in the Diocese.

Our Kitchen Chem Academy, under the direction of Ms. Fox and Mrs. Gengo, competed in the Cook-Off.  The participating 4th grade students:  Mary Barrick, Alexis Birkemeier, Aubrey Collins, Dylan Flynt, Julia Elmedawar, Lauren Herman, Aurek Konopczynski,   Charlotte Lindemann, Mateo Marazzo, Carson Mazur,  Andrew Meier, Johnathan Samol, Elena Sclafani, Olivia Terranova, Christina Trachimowiczreceived the "Most Healthy" Award for their Red Velvet Candy Cane Fudge.   Yummy!

Miss Bryk had the difficult choice of sending one game.  Dillon O'Neil and Shiv Patel entered their Arcade Academy game.  Although the boys did not win a formal award, they were recognized for the most popular game.  It was well played!

Lego U Academy, directed by Mrs. Wendell and Mrs. Pieper, submitted three models from their students:  Richie Sedita and Ethan Orlowski, Griffin Proefrock and Devin Grobe, and Jonathan Beck and Beckett Bilson.  

The display received a Ribbon and a Student Showcase Finalist Award.   One pair of students will take their model to the Annual Catholic Education Dinner: GALA 22:6 at the Convention Center in January.  Congratulations!
