Dress Down Day Fundraiser for John Mielcarek

Thursday, May 26th

On Thursday, May 26th we will have a dress down day to support one of our St. Chris students John Mielcarek. Some of you may already know that John has been battling kidney disease and is in need of a kidney transplant.

On June 23rd John and his family will be traveling to Pittsburg where he will be receiving the gift of life from his courageous cousin Janet who will be donating her kidney.

We would like to show our support for John, who loves sports, by wearing sports themed dress down attire on Thursday. The cost to dress down will be $2.00.

Thank You!!

A MESSAGE from Mrs. Bainbridge

St. Christopher School - BUILDING ON A TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE -

Our program of Catholic education relies on the basis of proven success and innovative educational experiences. In doing so, we develop a foundation of faith in students who have the skills to become life-long learners.

WE AS A CATHOLIC SCHOOL COMMUNITY:

BELIEVE -- that each student enrolled at St. Christopher School is a unique and important person and that every facet of his/her life -- spiritual, emotional, intellectual, social and physical should be developed.

SEEK -- to help each individual develop as thinking, caring Christian who respects all life and has the desire and ability to contribute constructively to the betterment of our world.

REALIZE -- that the educational process goes beyond the school. Thus, the developing of a shared commitment from the community, parents and school is a necessary ingredient in achieving these goals.
